Note: This is a jammed-packed meeting, with elections and committee
assignments, and review of flyers and upcoming events.  We may not have
much time for other things—I expect some agenda items might be tabled until
Feb meeting.



1.       Approval of November meeting minutes

2.       Financial report (John)

3.       *Election of officer for 2019*: President, Vice-President,
Secretary, Treasurer

4.       *Committee Chair appointments*, and committee assignments:
Finance, Tournament, Publicity, Web, Equipment, Partnership, Caddy Master,
I/N, Membership, Build the Unit, Hospitality, Site Selection, Youth
Coordinator, Discipline, Other?

5.       Publicity report (JC) (will bleed into the next item…)

--rethinking flyer review to streamline process

of flyers and assign tournament chairs*
