[SBU Board] Sweetheart Sectional at Vasa Park - Financial Report

Now is the time to start assembling post-mortem comments regarding Vasa,
which the chairs will present to the board during our March meeting (March
4, at Seattle Bridge Center).
One quick observation: people were really concerned about the snow, esp on
Friday.  We might have sent a pre tourny email blast to our members letting
them know that the roads were clear and that the parking lot was groomed.
Might have made a bit of a difference on Friday's attendance, which was way
down from last year.
And then there are the start times for Friday....much comment on that.
