Dear Mr./Mrs. Monty Gray /ACBL Unit 446 Secretary:
We have received notification that Eastside Bridge Center Inc, club# 130260, club manager: Mr./Mrs. Paulette Hauck, would like to host the following game(s): 
October 04,2019 ACBL-WIDE SENIOR PAIRS GAME #2 FRI AFT
This game must be held on the specific date and session. This club does not hold regularly scheduled sessions for the time of this event. Please let us know if the Unit objects to this club holding this special game.
Unit approval is normally automatic, unless there is a Regional in the District or a Sectional within twenty-five miles. Also, the above game should not conflict with a neighboring club that does have a sanctioned session for the date and time specified, and is also hosting the above event.
There is no need to reply if the unit does not object. Please choose the Reply with history option or make sure to include the event.
