You might consult with the Vasa Park people as to what would make sense and what would not.

They also might have concerns about our hiring somebody to come into their parking lot with heavy equipment.  If we decide to do anything, we should clear it (pun) in advance with them.

who says he can help but.... it will probably cost $300 to rent a tractor to clean out the lot, and we'll be paying him for his time as well.
