Accuweather says the tournament weekend will be clear as of now. But, just
in case...

What does our contract with Vasa Park allow for in terms of cancellation?
Do we get a refund, can we re-book, etc? Even if the contract doesn't
allow for any recourse, it might be worth reaching out to them now to see
if they'd be open to a rescheduled date if there's inclement weather and/or
if there's any accommodation they'd offer.* [action for tournament chairs]*

Let's tentatively plan on a quick conference call between the tournament
chairs, Ann, and I (John, Monty optional) on Wednesday, exact time TBD. (We
can always cancel if the weather report still looks good.) We need to give
folks at least 24 hours notice if we need to cancel Friday's events,
especially since it's a daylight schedule. I can host on my conference
bridge.

IIRC, it snowed at Vasa last year on Sunday. Attendance was depressed but
not that much worse than the days when it didn't snow. That was just a
light dusting.
