[SBU Board] Signs for sectionals - DRAFT FOR COMMENT

The phone tree I'll just print on cardstock rather than laminating, because
it'll potentially change every year.  Let's update/confirm the phone tree
list at tomorrow's meeting.  Ann - can you bring a printout of the current
version?  We can just pass it around to confirm or adjust, and then I'll
print the latest.

In the same category of things to print on cardstock - I'll need all the
award winner lists so I can update that for the big board (ace of clubs,
etc.). I've got the Microsoft & Jabon winners from the newsletter.

I'll make up a partnership and day-of tournament sign, too. Thanks for the
suggestions!
