[SBU Board] Signs for sectionals - DRAFT FOR COMMENT

Hi all,

At a previous board meeting, the board had asked me to put together some
signs that we could have printed and laminated for use at multiple
tournaments, specifically for zero tolerance awareness and other common
signage needs that we run into.

Attached is a first draft for board comment/review. They're formatted for
11x17 currently.  Printing and laminating will cost ~$22/sign if I can
order online (requires ~8 business days lead time) or $40/sign if I need to
print at a local shop (can be done with ~2 days lead time). In both cases,
there will be a little extra for shipping & tax.  I can reduce costs a
little by dropping size to 8.5x11" (which may be more appropriate for some
of the signs).

Comments welcomed, particularly if there are other signs we need that I
haven't thought of or if there's adjustments/additions to wording needed.

PS - I'll bring a couple of packets of these printed at 8.5x11 in black and
white to the board meeting, but the attached PDF is the better way to
review.
