I am inclined to agree with Patti, for the reason she states and for another: I am not very receptive to anonymous letters or complaints.
Despite this, I would like to see the letter, before dismissing it out of hand with no idea of the content.

I don't think the unit board is the place to discuss this as it was not a unit function.
