I got a response from NSC today and they are reserving 2/14-16/2020 for us.
We did not talk about finances. They ask for me to answer a few questions
and my responses are below. We have the space if we can agree on terms. I
will keep you informed when I get further info.

the following details (though I see that you have already provided some of
these in your email, thank you):



   1. The title of your event
   2. The nature of your event (e.g. class, job fair, cultural gathering,
   performance, etc)
   3. Maximum expected number of attendees.
   4. Date(s) requested
   5. Date and time you require initial access
   6. Actual Event Start Time
   7. Actual Event End Time
   8. Date and time you exit (not necessarily Event End Time)
   9. Number and nature of rooms/spaces requested (including maximum number
   of attendees in each space, etc)
   10. What is the desired set-up of the rooms/spaces requested?
   11. Will you be serving food and beverage at your event?
   12. Your billing address (either a physical address or, for electronic
   billing, an email address- or both).
   13. Your contact information (primary contact name, phone number, email
   address)
   14. The name of the organization (or individual) organizing the event.
   15. Any further details or questions you might have.
