[SBU Board] Upcoming Newcomers Game (Friday April 26)

Hi all,
At our March board meeting we asked for a few volunteers to help with this
event. I believe some of you did say you could help, but the minutes don't
reflect who you are... Julie, David, Patti and I will be there, and we'd
love at least two more of the board members to help with the set-up,
meet-and-greet, and clean-up.  Please let me know if you can help.

Also, if you are a committee head, and have not yet done so, you should be
calling a meeting of your committee in the next few weeks to plan your
activities for the year.  I have been lax in this (just got back from
almost 3 weeks of bridge), and so, am taking this opportunity to call for a
meeting of the Site Selection Committee for next week.  We can do this over
the phone, on the 25th (Thursday).  If you are interested, ping me and I'll
set up the call.
