Yep, that bolding is intentional, to highlight the IMP pairs.

Susan - I couldn't find the inconsistency you mentioned? Or maybe I'm not
understanding?

I haven't heard from Tom or John. I think John is out of the country still.
Unless I hear otherwise, I'll submit to the ACBL for approval by this time
tomorrow.
