[SBU Board] holiday party, read on

I confess it feels weird to me to spend unit money on a venue that 
doesn't benefit anyone in the bridge community. Ditto things like buying 
drinks, more expensive food, etc. SBC or EBC would both seem like better 
options to me than an unrelated for profit location like Eastlake Bar & 
Grill. Alcohol also goes a LOT further if we aren't paying restaurant 
prices for it.
