[SBU Board] Tournament fees

One comment on the prices as that it is almost an advertisement because 
they are so low. We paid more than $10 a session in flyover country in 
2006. In Oklahoma City, where I could buy a house for $50,000, entry 
fees are $13 per session for sectionals. EBC now charges $11 per session 
for a club game.
