[SBU Board] Fwd: 2019 I/N Regional "What If"

I don’t know how far we will get with this subject in the next 6-7 weeks (Bothell of course is normally unable to commit dates until late in the year), but if we are serious about it I suggest that I bring it up at the D19 board meeting in Leavenworth on Oct 29, 2018.  

We might consider soon identifying a chair(s) or point person(s) for this prospective event.  I could take with me to Leavenworth whatever info/plan/status the point person(s) has.  If D19 needs to bless this, we should periodically share with them whatever updates we have.
