[SBU Board] we have a meeting Monday November 12

Sorry for another email so fast, but I'd also like to request that we take
a few minutes at the start of meetings going forward to go through actions
recorded at the prior meeting in the minutes and get updates or ETAs (or
agree they weren't actually important enough to pursue, agree on new owners
if needed, etc.)
