[SBU Board] we have a meeting Monday November 12

I suggest a discussion regarding the Board agreement with David Taylor.  I am primarily concerned whether David is being treated (compensated) fairly and adequately.

Do we have a written or handshake deal?  What is it?

David’s insurance probably covers towing a business trailer.  Our trailer probably therefore covered.  True?
