[SBU Board] Agenda for Tomorrow's SBU board meeting

To clarify what I think might be the confusion, the list of people we need
ensure time for are:
* D19 candidates (Eric, Steve)
* Patti
* Tim
* JC (me)

That is, Patti, Tim, and I are *not* the D19 candidates; we're the
additional folks who will be taking up chunks of time tonight. :D
