The one that was at the partnership desk disappeared sometime before Sunday.

Mike Ring has the Word document used for this.

One of the local players gave me a list with several restaurants she likes that weren't on the guide. 

Given the volatility of restaurants, it would probably be a good idea to add this to the tournament check list.
