[SBU Board] Bothell IUOE Local 302 Vote

Folks,

I just received a call from Bev Colegrove, our contact at the Bothell Union Hall.  The IUOE 302 contract expires June 1.  The union anticipates its membership may need to take a vote of some sort in the classrooms in the coming days, possibly during the period of our tournament.

Bev and I reviewed our occupancy schedule plans for set up, sessions of play, and tear down to see what would best fit should they need to take a vote.  If they do need to take a vote during May 25-28, I encouraged them to consider scheduling it for Saturday or Sunday morning, as our sessions begin at 1:30 those days and our occupancy would begin around noon.  I told her the classrooms would be configured with 65-70 bridge tables with chairs, but we would be fine if the members sat at the tables as-arranged for any briefing/vote.
