In the course of coordinating this fall's D19 NAP Finals (wearing my D19 hat), I understand from Matt K that neither he nor Matt Smith assigns DiCs in our area any longer -- ACBL Field Operations Area Manager Arleen Harvey does. Going forward, apparently we will need to obtain assignments of DiCs from Arleen. Tim
