[SBU Board] May Meeting Minutes (for review)

Please find attached the meeting minutes from our last meeting, for
review/approval on Sunday. This includes a correction from KO setup
volunteers. And thanks again to Monty for filling in for me in doing
minutes at the May meeting!

PS - I just caught that there's some schedule changes for the flyer I need
to make based on this...should have checked before I sent it! Oops!  I'll
fix and re-send shortly.
