[SBU Board] September Board Meeting: possible date change....

John Weinberg and Tim had occasion to discuss a D19 matter this morning.   John
then brought up the timing of the SBU Sept board meeting.  As some of you
know, in the past we’ve steered clear of Labor Day (which is Sept 3 this
year).  One approach would be to defer the meeting one week to Monday, Sept
10.  However, there might be reasons not to delay the meeting all the way
out to Sept 10.  That date would be only 4 days ahead of the Bothell
section, leaving little time to tie off loose ends related to the
sectional.  Also, I believe D19 Director election electronic ballots are due
 Sept 15.  A Sept 10 board meeting would be rather late in the game to
discuss the candidates and then reflect on one’s vote ahead of the deadline.

I think John and Tim are right.  *Can you make a meeting on Wed Sept 5?*
