[SBU Board] Preliminary Financial Summary, 2018 Suntan Sectional at Kent

My initial thoughts:

   - It is never nice to lose money, but, it was a good tournament-- I saw
   players that normally don't come, and I think the I-5 traffic carfundle had
   some play in the low north end turnout. And a $500 loss did buy us some
   south-end good will.  Next time, we might want to promote this a bit in the
   greater southend (including Portland)... just an idea.
   - We could have used more help with the breakdown and trailer loading.
   - Not having someone helping with partnership on on Sunday was a
   problem.  I think we always need someone manning the booth, so to speak.
   - I heard a couple grumbles about the start time on Saturday, but many
   more positive comments.
   - The a/c, while cold, was a pure blessing on two of our hottest days of
   the year.  This tourny brought home the desire to have a/c in July at our
   venues.
   - Staff at Kent Commons was GREAT--very helpful, accommodating
   - Water set up worked well (yeah, and thanks for all the shlepping)!
