$390 collected. Not sure what our policy is for people under 16, but I 
made a quick decision to make the entry fee free for the 9 year old who 
came. Hope that seems reasonable.

$120 for site rental
$80 for director
$22.50ish (I think?) for Sanction fee
?? for hospitality

Should get us back into the black for the trifecta this year after 
losing 45ish at the imp pairs. I'll turn over the $190 I have to John 
next time I see him. We paid the site fee and director fee already but I 
wasn't sure how to pay the sanction fee and Roger wasn't sure either so 
figured we could settle up after.

Ann rocked it for hospitality. Seemed like a great mix of food and sweet 
things and about the right amount of food. Thanks again for handling 
this Ann!

Event seemed to go well, heard from a lot of people that they liked it. 
One piece of feedback I heard is that it could have been advertised 
better, especially at the clubs, so will need to figure out ways to do 
that better.
