[SBU Board] Round Robin team costs.

I talked with Alan Tesler about getting more interest in the Round Robins, and he sent an email to about 100 of his students who might be interested in playing in a 'C' bracket of the Round Robins.

Several have expressed interest, and want information on the cost per team/player, schedule, etc.  Some would need boards and/or bidding boxes.  They might also need help with things like dealing with director calls during play.

The Round Robin page on the bridgeinseattle site doesn't have cost information.
