[SBU Board] 2018 Fall Sectional

Folks,
I reached Matt concerning a sanction for Sept 14-16, 2018 for our fall sectional.  On those dates he will be out of the country for Pula (Croatia) and Jenni is (at this point) assigned to Juneau.  He sad he would approve the sanction and let Arleen Harvey (the ACBL Senior West Coast director involved with staffing) know about the potential staffing issue.

Before proceeding to modify the sanction (it's currently for Oct 12-14), I'd like to first confirm Sept 14-16 with Bev at Bothell.  I'll report back as soon as I hear back from her.

To make things a bit easier on Larry, it would be good to name the co-chairs for Sept 14-16 so he only needs to make a single change to the existing sanction.  I suggest volunteers for the Sept co-chair positions be identified in the coming days, rather than deferring this to the unit Feb board meeting.
