[SBU Board] Spring NLM Flyer - Please review and send comments by 6pmPT on 2/11

[JC Chupack]

V3 attached. I added phone numbers for both the chairs, since they're
willing, as that provides phone contact that isn't "day of tournament"
associated and re-located the day of tournament phone text to make room. I
also fixed the date headings in the schedule per Tracey's excellent catch
of error.

Same due date/time for any additional comments.
