[SBU Board] Getting signed into the partnerships email

So, as Bill mentioned at the meeting, anyone trying to log into the
partnership email for the first time or from a different device/browser is
going to trigger Google wanting to verify that it's a real log in. When
that happens, it prompts you to either verify via text (which used my
cellphone after we had to change it due to Aaron M getting pinged
repeatedly) or via email (which used admin at bridgeinseattle.org).

To see if it makes life easier for Bill to get on (while also remaining
survivable for us), I removed the phone number backup entirely and I
changed the email to the board email list for recovery.

Those with access to the partnerships email will see notice of this
change.  *Bill *- this should allow you to get set up, as you'll get any
related code/link via the board mail list and can act to get access.
