[SBU Board] Spring NLM Flyer - Please review and send comments by 6pmPT on 2/11

I have one thing I'd like to change on the NLM:  change the day of
tournament phone to my cell phone.  We will be getting calls prior to the
tournament for this one, and I think we need a phone that is active before
the tournament, not just day of.  My cell is 425-615-1413.
I know this isn't standard practice for our flyers, but NLM has a lot of
newbies who have questions.
