Hi All,

I loaded up the Tournament Planning Calendar into Google Docs. You can 
access/edit it with this link:

Of note: please don't share the link widely outside the board since it 
allows editing. We can always see the changes and revert them so it 
isn't a huge problem, but its easier if we keep it to just board members 
and a few other individuals who might have a need to access it (not sure 
who those would be).
