[SBU Board] unit game sanctions/Captain's game

Hi all,

Two quick things I wanted to bounce off the board:

1) Currently the Captain's game was planned to be the 16th of December.
However, Bill Breeze's birthday party is scheduled to be on that day at
EBC. Even if we held it at EBC, people suggested that there would be an
overlap and it wouldn't be ideal to compete. Paulette seemed to hold this
opinion as well. I was tempted to just cancel the captain's game and look
for a time to do it again next year. Thoughts?

2) We have extra unit game sanctions that won't get used. Is everyone fine
with me offering those to unit clubs so they can run special games in
December?
