[SBU Board] Further Update with Bev at Bothell

Bev and I just now spoke on the phone.  She is trying to work with us, within an environment of uncertainty on her end.

She asked what our hours of occupancy of the classrooms would be each day.  I gave her:

Friday
11:00am (set up for 1:30 session) through 11:15 (after the 7:00pm session)

Saturday
11:30am (prepare for 1:00 session) through 10:45pm (after the 6:30 session)

Sunday
9:00am (prepare for 10:30 session) through 8:00pm at which time our janitorial service arrives.

I also advised her that our janitorial service normally comes to the union hall early in the morning on Saturday and Sunday to clean after the preceding day’s sessions, but that we would coordinate with our janitorial service to steer around windows of time of Local 302 classroom usage as best we can.

She will get back to us.
