Hi all,

I just put together that I'm out of town for this meeting. I'll be in NYC
for work. Given that, I need some volunteers to assist from the board:

   1. I need a volunteer to take notes during the meeting. (I'm happy to
   share the Word doc I use as a template if you want to use it, or feel free
   to take notes in whatever method is easiest for you.)
   2. I need a volunteer to pick up flyers and take them to the meeting for
   a) tournament chairs to own taking to tournaments and b) board members to
   take to distribute to clubs.  I will have the flyers printed in a location
   near your home once I know who it is. :) All you would have to do is pick
   them up and bring them to the meeting.
