[SBU Board] Draft Suntan Flyer for Review

Hi all,

Matt (our Suntan DIC) requested a couple of changes to the flyer:

1) Change the statement under stratifications from "Events are held based
on attendance and at the director’s discretion." to "Limited events subject
to minimum attendance."
2) Change the strats for the Open Swiss to 0-750/2000/2000+ since there's
no 0-750 event (unlike the open pairs on Saturday).

*In particular, I am looking for sign-off on the above changes from my
fellow chair, Eric, and from Ann as unit president. *Comments from others
on the board are also welcome, but if Eric and Ann are okay, I'll make the
change and resubmit to the ACBL.
