[SBU Board] Round Robin Complications - Suggestions?

FYI Ray,
That went to the entire board but probably not to Jeff.
They weren't placed on the team without asking if it was okay. They were
asked on Mar 27th if it was okay via email.
Specific quote from that email: "Nelson Davis and Bill Campbell were
looking for teammates. Would you be up for teaming with them? I think
you would make a very strong bracket B team."
There were then follow up emails about who the captain involved would
play with as they were asking a few different partners to convince them
to play the round robin.
At the end of the day, I just want the event to run smoothly and for
people to have fun. I don't want to punish a pair who just wants to play
with the pair they picked as I'm excited to have them give the round
robin a try. My main priority is to have Nelson and Bill have a great
experience as well as they've both been incredibly helpful, friendly,
and flexible throughout and if anyone deserves to have a fun round robin
experience this season it is them.
Already had some good names/ideas from people responding, so will give
those a try once I talk to Nelson (he got in late last night).
