[SBU Board] Draft Suntan Flyer for Review

Hi all,

As one of my last checks, I looked up our sanction to confirm that I had
the DIC correct for the Suntan and discovered that Matt Koltnow is the DIC,
not Jenni, for the summer sectional.  I've updated the flyer with that
change and based on our review at yesterday's meeting, I am considering the
attached copy final. I'll be submitting it to the ACBL tomorrow unless I
hear any objections.
