Dear Unit Representative:

This month you will receive the following in addition to the "In and Out"
report:

1.   First quarter QUIP report.

2.   List of active clubs in your unit. If you find any discrepancies,
     please let us know by sending an e-mail to club at acbl.org.

3.   First quarter Ace of Clubs and Mini-McKenney standings (sent later in
     the month).

4.   The reimbursement report will be emailed only to Units receiving at
     least $1,000 for the first quarter of 2018. The checks to those Units
     will be mailed to your treasurer later this month.

I appreciate you making sure this information is forwarded to the
appropriate representative of your unit. Please feel free to contact me if
you have any questions.
