[SBU Board] U446 Rep to D19 Board

The window for declaring candidacies for the 2018-2020 term position closes Sept 30.  This is so that a first-time rep appointed at the October unit board meeting would have the opportunity to attend and observe the D19 board meeting held on Monday of the fall regional.

Please advise us all if any unit member(s) have declared, or do declare, their candidacy to you; and please alert any candidate(s) that they are requested to attend the Oct 9 unit board meeting to meet with the board, make a brief statement of candidacy and answer questions.  Ray would run this portion of the meeting.  I've decided to run for another term.
