It's difficult to overstate how unfortunate this development is.  Unless advised otherwise, I presume there is not a prospect of reclama.

As Ann suggests, we must immediately swing into action to make the best of the situation.  

John, would you be comfortable re-activating your interface with Clay Laughary toward exploration of availability and pricing of MIHS Upper Commons for our dates July 13-15, 2018 and reporting back ASAP?

I will connect with Debra Ladenburg, Highline School District facilities coordinator, to explore prospects there for a venue for a summer open sectional.  I will try to schedule a site visit in the near term.

All, please weigh in with other prospects you feel are likely viable candidates.  While Bothell could be so, we already plan to have our KO sectional there and possibly the fall 2018 sectional as well unless another site emerges; three times at Bothell in 2018 would heavily overweight away from our objective of geographic diversity
