[SBU Board] Updates

Hi all,

Just wanted to pass on two pieces of info:

1) Forest Ridge will not be available as a venue next summer. The new 
head of schools is concerned about how many days they are renting out 
facilities given their non profit status. They will be trimming back and 
our July tournament will be one of the casualties.
2) Jenni thought there might be some financial downsides to having a 3rd 
session beyond what was obvious. She was going to discuss it with Matt 
to get a better idea. She mentioned something about needing a 3rd 
director which then creates hotel/per diem etc. However, she then 
mentioned that it probably made sense for the 3rd director to come in 
early anyway so it wasn't completely clear exactly what the extra cost 
would be. She should have more clarity for us soon. For what its worth, 
she thought it might be worth running anyway and even if we only had 1 
section it might work out fine.
