[SBU Board] 2017 D19 Regional Financials

Attaching, FYI, a snapshot of financials for the five 2017 D19 regionals.  Could be a few more income/expense items to clear, but wouldn't be expected to greatly change results.  Most noteworthy are the large net income from Penticton and the substantial increase (up $8,700+) for Whistler over 2016.  Whistler 2017 net income exceeded that of Lynnwood and Victoria.  Accounting is in $US.
