You should say what the offer is up front, ideally in survey messaging.
Part of the reason to offer something is to motivate people who might not
have a strong opinion already to take the survey. (Otherwise, you get the
same bias as reviews on websites...very likely to be people who strongly
like or dislike the product.) But we could say that for every X people who
take the survey, we'll give out Y entries (or similar).
Whatever you do, I'll parallel it for the NLM (although for tournament
freeplays, to give opportunities to try an NLM sectional!).
