[SBU Board] unit events survey

[JC Chupack]

Is a single club game entry enough motivation?  For the tournaments survey,
we did a drawing for 3 free tournament freeplays (3 different winners).
Should we do the same here?  Or at least do more than one available winner
for club entries?
