[SBU Board] Sectional Venue Requirements

During this evening's board meeting I took an action to send out the sectional tournament venue requirements document.  For any open sectional other than the summer sectional, the playing area is ideally 6,000+ square feet.  For NLM sectionals, we need space for a minimum of 30 tables.
