[SBU Board] Quorum for 11/6 meeting

Yes for me.  I believe this gets us to at least six.  Seven is a quorum.

Irrespective of whether a quorum is present, we have number of items to address that require no vote.  We shouldn't defer these to January.

While chatting at the u-dub game tonight we realize that we may not have enough people coming to be a quorum for tomorrow's meeting. Below are the people we already know:

Ray - no
JC - yes
Eric - yes


Could other folks please confirm yes or no for being at the meeting?
