[SBU Board] Lunches

Hi all,

I assume there will likely be discussion this weekend about Forest ridge
lunches. However, I am camping this weekend and will likely be without
internet for much of it.

If there is a vote, my vote is to provide lunch and update the flyer. We
have until Wednesday to provide an updated flyer for the SUN. The trouble
of redistributing flyers seems like the right thing to do for our players
given the distance to food.

If we are choosing between lunches for everyone and lunches to first come
first serve  who want it with a minimum (100 lunch minimum 8.50 each is
what it sounded like), my vote is to provide lunches for everyone but I
feel less strongly on this and am fine with just providing X lunches to
first come first serve until they sell out.

Regardless, let's please move on this promptly so we can take appropriate
action to update and redistribute flyers if necessary.
