[SBU Board] 1710186 -- Has Been Sanctioned

I don't recall that we had finally settled on Sept 16 & 17 for the fall NLM.  And the sanction for this event indicates (ACBL website shows) North Seattle College which is problematic from cost and other standpoints.  Let's visit this and settle, if we can, at the upcoming board meeting.
