[SBU Board] Whistler and Effects

The ACBL has now sanctioned a fifth 2017 D19 regional at Whistler, Oct 30-Nov 5.  This possibility was discussed at our last board meeting.  As our Halloween sectional is adjacent, Oct 27-29, David will need to depart for Whistler Sunday 10/29 and we will need Bill Campbell, or Patti's son, or someone else to tow the U446 trailer to Ann's mom's place.

Bill/Patti, can you arrange for this trailer towing?

We will also need to pay extra attention during set-up as to how the trailer is packed/loaded, so we can load it properly during tear down in David's absence. 

There are also now cascade effects on (re-)scheduling D19 NAP Finals and U446 Fall NLM sectional.  We will need to work through these.
