[SBU Board] Suntan Sectional Flyer for Review

To be reviewed at Monday's meeting.  If you won't be there, please send any
feedback/comments by EOD 3/11.

I'm attaching the 2017 flyer and the 2016 flyer (for reference). The 2017
flyer includes a few proposed changes for approval:

   - Changing 2-session pairs events to single session (to be discussed)
   - No lunch on Sunday - recommending players bring a sack lunch given the
   neighborhood location, open to feedback from the board
   - Removing the map on the 2nd side - since it's now our third event
   here, not sure we need it?

Note that changes vs. last year for strats, addition of 0-750 games, and
including website link for entry fees were all previously approved by the
board and do not require additional discussion unless you believe there's
an error.
