[SBU Board] Follow Up with Beverly at Bothell

Folks,

I followed up with Beverly at IUOE Local 302 in the aftermath of our tournament this past weekend.

As we did not serve lunch nor generate the associated volume of trash, she does not anticipate billing us for extra fees for garbage pickup -- but will let us know if different.

She does not yet know when the 2018 training calendar will be approved, but said she would let me know as soon as she can on 2018 availability.  There will be a point in time by when we need to finally commit to Vasa for Feb 16-18, 2018.  Two open items bearing on this final commitment are (1) a follow-up site survey to view Vasa interior renovation and (2) potential early approval of IUOE 302 2018 training calendar (as happened in 2016 for 2017).
